Our Legacy

Our legacy is rooted in decades of technical excellence and visionary leadership. InPlan’s revival in 2017 was strengthened by the integration of Aspiretech Corp, a consulting firm known for its pioneering feasibility studies in nuclear science and information and communications technology. Led by Marie Abegail Z. Hizon, Aspiretech completed four nationally relevant studies that now form part of InPlan’s portfolio. Together, we continue to shape transformative projects with precision, purpose, and impact.
